BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 001,,11ISBION OF THE CITY OF BEAUIVIONT : That Article 71-18 of the Code of the City of Beaumont, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1 Article 71-18, Amount of fees ---Before any permit is granted for the installation or alteration of electric wiring, devices or equipment, the person making appli- cation for such permit shall pay to the city, a fee in such amount as specified below: For service, and up to 10 outlets For each additional outlet For installation of lighting fixtures and drop cords, each socket For installation of fluorescent fixtures, each tube Electric range and service Electric water heater and service Temporary Power Service Temporary wiring for working lights in building under construction Neon signs costing up to 0100.00 Neon signs costing from 101.00 to 200.00 Neon signs costing from 201.00 to X500.00 Neon signs costing from '11501.00 and over For each Alogul socket A stage border light, footlight or strip light or a metal trough;: raceway, or conduit with sockets or receptacles attached used for similar purposes, shall be considered a lighting fixture. Each such socket or receptacle Service for I1flotors up to 5 HP. Service for motoru'from 6 HP to 30 HP Service for motors, all over 30 HP Each outlet for welding machine R(;Ctifiers, heating appliances and transformers, per kilowatt all over 5 kilowatts, per kilowatt The rate of each unit shall be considered separately in figuring the following fees: Each pole or anchor -_Underground conduits and cable ducts, each 100 lineal feet Transmitting or broadcasting stations (including also the receiving equipment in such stations).
