LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF
LOT 5, BLOCK 19, DOWLEN WEST UNIT
10 IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of a utility easement described
as follows:
A five foot (5') by ninety foot (901)
utility easement located along the
north property line of Lot Five (5),
Block Nineteen (19) of the Dowlen
West Unit 10 Addition to the'City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
be and the same is hereby, abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
