OOUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, PROVIDING
THAT SUCH ALLEY BE RETAINED AS A GENERAL
UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDA_= BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT.that certain 47.3 foot portion of."a 141.9' x 10' alley easement
described as follows:
BEING out of Block 2 of the College Heights
Addition to the City of Beaumont as recorded
in.volume 4, Page 84 of the Map Records of
Jefferson County, Texas and being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 3,
Block 2 of the College Heights Addition;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with the
West line of Lot 3 a distance of 47.3 feet
to a 3/4 inch steel pipe for corner;
THENCE in a Westerly direction parallel to
and 47.3 feet from the South line of Block 2
a distance of 10.0 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE in a Southerly direction with the
East line of Lot 4, Block 2 a distance of
47.3 feet to a 3/4 inch steel pipe for corner;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South
line of Block 2 a distance of 10.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING of the tract herein des-
cribed and containing 0.011 acres of land.
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law; providing, however, that the hereinabove
described tract of land is expressly retained by the City of Beaumont for
general utility purposes only; title to such property, other than the
rights retained by the City of Beaumont herein, shall revert to and be-
come the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
