ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY APPROPRIATING ..-
$7,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATID REVENUE SHARING
ENTITLEMENTS I -VII TO PROJECT NO.. 73-78=041
AND AWARDING A BID TO WESTCOTT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE CARROLL PARK COVERED AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October'l, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating $7,000 from Unappropriated Revenue
Sharing Entitlements I -VII to Project No. 73-78-041.

That the bid of Westcott Construction Company in the amount
of $31,338 for the construction of.the Carroll.Park covered area be,
and the same is hereby, accepted and the City Manager is hereby auth-
orized -to execute a contract for said project.
