FROM 1974 GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUNDS TO
THE PHELAN BOULEVARD PROJECT NO. 71-74-013
FOR PRELIMIMW ENGINE ERING AND ADMINISTRATIVE
EXPENSES.

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating :,$3,000 from 1974 General Obligation
Bond Funds to the Phelan Boulevard Project No. 71-74-013 for preliminary
engineering and administrative expenses.
