ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY APPROPRIATING
AND ALLOCATING FROM UNAPPROPRIATED 1974
C.A.P. BID FUNDS $5,790,000 TO PROJECT NO.
71-74-131, LAMAR FREEWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is hereby,
amended by appropriating $5,790,000'from Unappropriated 1974 C.A.P. Bond
Funds to Project No. 71-74-131, Lamar Freeway.
