ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE MlENNDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMO U FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD CUq1ENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$5,000 FROM O'T'HER. REVENUES ACCOUNT NO.
46903 TO THE POLICE CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT
NO. 31-503 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE
FOR THE REGIONAL CRIME LAB AND AUTHORIZING
THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR SAID VEHICLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by transferring $5,000 from the Other Revenues Account
No..46903 to the Police Capital Outlay Account No. 31-503 for the purchase
of a vehicle for the Regional Crime Lab.

THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
advertise for bids for the purchase of a vehicle to be used in the
Regional Crime Lab.
