ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMAENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$3,600 FROM THE WATER REVENUE UNAPPROPRIATED
FUND BALANCE TO ACCOUNT NO. 83-310 AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC
CORPORATION FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO A 150
HORSEPOWER MOTOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont camiencing October 1, 1977, and
ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is hereby, amended by
transferring $3,600 frau Water Revenue Unappropriated Fund Balance to.
Account No. 83-310.

THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment
in the amount of $3,600 to Westinghouse Electric Corporation for emer-
gency repairs to a 150 horsepower motor in the city's main pump station.
Said motor was damaged by lightning.
