ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD CONJVENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEER 30, 1978, BY APPROPRIATING
$1,000 FROM UNALLOCATED STREET CONSTRUCTION
FUNDS TO THE PEARL STREET OVERLAY PROJECT
NO. 71-77-311 AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
TO F. GATLIN ASPHALT COMPANY, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $18,545.46.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMCNT:
Section 1.
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating $1,000 from Unallocated Street Con-
struction Funds to the Pearl Street Overlay Project No. 71-77-311.

THAT the Pearl Street -Overlay Project is hereby -accepted, and the
appropriate City official is authorized to make final payment on said
project to F. Gatlin Asphalt Company, Inc. in the amount of $18,545.46.
