ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY APPROPRIATING
$25,678 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED AIRPORT CON-
STRUCTION FUNDS TO AN ACCOUNT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF 'TAXIWAYS AT THE BEAUMONT
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE TWO (2) LEASE AGREEMENTS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HANGARS, ONE WITH
DELTA INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND THE
OTHER WITH T -HANGARS, INC. FOR.THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF HANGARS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating $25,678 from Unappropriated Airport
Construction Funds to an account for the construction of taxiways at
the Beaumont Municipal Airport.
Section 2.
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute two
(2) leases for the construction of hangars at the Beaumont Municipal
Airport, one lease to be executed with Delta Industrial Construction
Company and the other lease to be executed with T -Hangars, Inc.

That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of
persons or circumstances, should for any reason be held to be invalid,
such invalidity shall in no wise affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 4.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
