ORDINANCE NO. .121-"
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
PORTIONS OF PINCHBACK RDAD AND LEVERT STREET
BETWEEN CALDER AND PHELAN BOULEVARD IN THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFI'ERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDA= BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portions of Pinchback Road and Levert Street located
between Calder and Phelan Boulevard as described as follows:
Being a fifty foot (50') by seven
hundred thirty-five foot (735')
portion of undeveloped dedicated
right-of-way herein referred to as
Pinchback Road commencing on the
south right -of --way line of Phelan
Boulevard and extending southward
to the north right of way_line of
Calder Avenue a distance of seven
hundred thirty-five feet (735')
and also a fifty foot (50') by
nine hundred seventy-five foot
(975') portion of undeveloped ded-
icated right-of-way herein referred
to as Levert Street commencing on
the south right-of-way line of
Phelan Boulevard and extending
southward_ 'to _the north -..night-of-way
line of Calder' Avenue a distance of
nine hundred seventy-five feet (975')
be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, along with any and
all associated utility easements and that title to such property shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law; and the City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all right, title and interest it had or may have in and to such ease-
ments or rights-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
