ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
FIVE FOOT (5') STREET LIGHT EASEMENT LOCATED IN
BLOCK 8 OF THE HOME ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAIlVED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain street light easement described as follows:
Being a street light easement five feet
(51) wide by one hundred six and eighty-
two hundredths feet (106.821) running
in a north/south direction and extending
two and one-half feet (2-1/2') on either
side of a centerline, which centerline
is described as the eastern boundary of
Lot 33, Block 8, Home Addition to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
the same being the western boundary of
Lot 34, Block 8, Home Addition in the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,,Texas,
as per the map or plat of said addition
as it appears in Volume 10, Page 97, Map
Records, Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law, and that the City of Beaumont hereby relin-
quishes any and all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and
to such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
