firm or,.corporation to keep h hog or hogs in the City of
Beaumont.
SECTION II.
That every .person, fir r2 or corporation who shall
keep a hog or hogs in .the .0ity 'of Bealunont ,. Phall - be deemed
guilty. of a misdemeanor and. upon a co>nv10,t1on therefor :in the
Coxporati.on Court'of the City of Beaumont, shall' be fined
in any sum not .to -exceed--the sum' of Two Hundred Dollars;

Gentlemen:
We, your Ordinance Committee to whom' was
referred the attached ordinance regarding keeping of
hogs inside the city limits, beg to -report that
we recommend same be passed, but,that it be read at
three seperate meetings and not passed -under the
emergency clause;- so --as- t -o enable -tmy citizen -"to appear
before the Council and express their views on same.
