E. alongcenter of Milam street to Center of intedrse`ction at Milam-and Peal Streets;, Thence S. E. along center Pearl street to center of intersection at Pearl and► Austin, streets; Thence N. The fact that the building or wooden strti ctlur es in the district herein named will increa,�e the fire hazaxd and increase the danger in a highly congested business district, creates a public necessity and emergency requiring the suspension of the rule requiring ordinances to be read at three separate 'm-etings.
