ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET'
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$5,346.72 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL
FUND BALANCE TO ACCOUNT NO. 31-310 AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRAC.'T WITH DATA POINT FOR THE MAINTENANCE
OF THE DATAPOINT COMPUTER IN THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be amended by trans-
ferring $5,346.72 from the Unappropriated General Fund Balance to
Account No. 31-310, and the.City'Manager.be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to execute a contract with Data Point for the maintenance of the
Datapoint Computer in the Police Department.
