ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A SIXTEEN FOOT (16') UTILITY .982918
EASEMENT OUT OF LOT 15, BLOCK 2, WEST -
CALDER ESTATES ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE - IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain sixteen foot .(16') utility easement
described as follows:
Being a sixteen foot .(16') by
one hundred twelve foot (112')
utility easement the same oc-
curring in and being the northern-
most sixteen feet (16') of Lot 15,
Block 2, Westcalder Estates Addition
of the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, and beginning at the
eastern boundary of the afore-
mentioned Lot 15 and extending.west
for one hundred twelve feet (1121),
SAVE AND EXCEPT the following des-
cribed portion of said easement:
A five foot (5') by seventeen foot
(171) guy wire easement, the center-
line of which is to be located
parallel with and eight feet (8')
south of the northern boundary of
the aforementioned Lot 15, Block 2,
Westcalder Estates Addition, said
easement beginning ninety-five feet
(951) west of the eastern boundary
line of Lot 15 and continuing west
for seventeen feet (17'); it being
the intent to retain as a guy wire
easement for maintenance purposes
the five foot (5')by seventeen foot
(171) parcel previously described,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that the City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any, and all rights, title and interest it had or
may have in and to such utility easement.
