BE IT O 3DATNED BY THE CITY COMMIL. OF -THF CITY OF BE AM,.!1ONT, TE'vAS: SECTION I. - That. That an electior, bhall be held in the City of Beaumont, Texas, on the f day of July, A .D. 1916; at. which election the following proposition .shall be submitted.: Shall the City Counc il..of the City of Beaumont be authorized to issue bonds of said City in the sum of Thr -e Hundred Thousand (x'.300,000.00) Dollars, said bonds,to be paid serially, in from one to forty (40) years, in equal annual installments of Seven Thousand. Five Hundred ('7,500,00) Dollars per year after the date of issuance, bearing interest from' date at the rate of f ive per cent (5%) per annum, payable semi-annually, and to levy a .tax sufficient to pay the interest oh said bonds and the serial installments of principal thereof after each shall respectively mature; and theproceeds of the sale thereof to be used for the purpose of making Parlmanent C ity Improvements, to -wit: Complete permanent public school buildings in the City of Beaumont?
