OF THE CITY OF BEAUMDNT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$6,199.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF GENERAL FUND ACCOUNT TO THE GENERAL
FUND (FIRE DEPARTMENT) ACCOUNT NO. 34-503
FOR AWARDING THE BID FOR FURNISHING ONE
(1) 100 FT. CUSTOM AERIAL FIRE TRUCK WITH
100 FT. WATEESnaYS AND 1,000 G.P.M. PUMP
TO CLAUDE WRIGHT & ASSOCIATES (AMERICAN
LAFRANCE).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMCNT:
Section 1.
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by transferring Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety -Nine
and No/100 ($6,199.00) Dollars from the Unappropriated Balance of
General Fund Account to the General Fund (Fire Department) Account No.
34-503 for awarding the bid for furnishing one (1) 100 foot custom .
aerial fire -truck with 100 foot waterways and 1,000 G.P.M. pump to
Claude Wright & Associates.
