ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMVMCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$50,000 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND
BALANCE TO AN ACCOUNT FOR THE RESTORATION
OF THE TYP=L HISTORICAL LIBRARY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for -the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and
the same is hereby amended by transferring $50,000 from the unap-
propriated fund balance to an account for the restoration of the
Tyrrell Historical Library.
