ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$75,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE TO
TBE FLEET MAINTENANCE FUND ACCOUNT NO. 98-
503 TO REPLACE FOUR (4) FRONT LOADER TRUCKS
AND TO UPGRADE THREE (3) REAR LOADER TRUCKS.
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for :the fiscal period
caumencing October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and
the same is hereby, amended by transferring $75,000 from the unap-
propriated fund balance to the Fleet Maintenance Fund Account No.
98-503 to replace four (4) front loader trucks and upgrade three (3)
rear loader trucks from 20 cubic yard packer units to 30 cubic yard
packer units.
