ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37-58.2
BY CHANGING THE SPEED LIMIT ON FANNE'IT ROAD
WHEN SIGNS ARE ERECTED GIVING NOTICE THEREOF;
PROVIDING A PENALTY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT Section 37-58.2 be, and the same is hereby, amended by amending
the speed limit for Fannett Road to read as follows:

Street Limit: of Zones of Travel in M:P:H.
Fannett Road Fran the centerline of East and West 40
Fourth Street to the
centerline of St. James
Boulevard

Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be punished as provided in Section 1-8 of the Code of
Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas.
Sect.ori 3.
That if any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this
ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of persons
or circumstances, should for any reason be held to be invalid, such
invalidity shall in no wise affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.

are hereby repealed.
