ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF TBE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR TBE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, BY TRANSFERRING
$1,700.00 FROM ACTIVITY 51-410. (PLANNING
DEPATMMENTT) TO ACTIVITY 13-410 (CITY CLERK)
TO REIMBURSE CITY CLERK'S BUDGET FOR VARIOUS
NEWSPAPER PUBLICATIONS ON ZONING MATTERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by transferring $1,700.00 from Activity 51-410. (Planning
Department) to Activity 13-410 (City Clerk) to reimburse City Clerk's
budget for various newspaper publications on zoning matters.
