ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COPMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER'30, 1978, BY APPROPRIATING
$2,281,000 FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FUNDS INTO THE CENSUS TRACT 17 PROTECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating Two Million Two Hundred Eighty -One
Thousand and No/100 ($2,281,000.00) Dollars from Ccn nunity Development
Block Grant Funds into the Census Tract 17 Project.
