ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A TEN FOOT BY ONE HUNDRED FOOT (10 x 100')
UTILITY EASENIENT OUT OF LOT 37, BLACK 4, VAN
WORMER ADDITION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.

THAT that portion of a certain ten foot by one hundred foot (10' x 100')
utility easement described as follows:
Being a ten foot (10') by one hundred foot
(100') general utility easement running
in a north/south direction located along
and immediately east of the western boundary
line of Lot 37, Block 4, Van Wormer Addition
to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as per map or plat of said addition
on file in the records of the County Clerk
of Jefferson County, Texas,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law, and that the City of Beaumnt hereby relin-
quishes any and all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and
to such utility easement.
