ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT COMMENCING
OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
19781 BY APPROPRIATING $55,492 FROM ECO-'
NOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION/LOCAL
PUBLIC WORKS FUNDS TO PROJECT NO. 71-77-312;
APPROPRIATING $52,500 FROM ECONOMIC DEV-
ELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION/LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS
FUNDS TO PROJECT NO. 71-77-311; ALLOCATING
SAID AMOUNTS TO SAID P10JECT; AND AUTHORIZING
FOR ADVERTISIIMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be, and the same
is hereby, amended by appropriating $55,492 from Economic Development Ad-
ministration/Lo cal
d-ministration/Local Public Works Funds to a project numbered 71-77-312 for
the overlay of Central Business District Streets. The amount of $55,492
is hereby allocated to said project no. 71-77-312 and the appropriate City
official be, and he is hereby, authorized to advertise for construction
bids for said project.

That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be and the same
is hereby, amended by appropriating $52,500 from Economic Development Ad-
ministration/Local Public Works Funds to a project numbered 71-77-311 for
the asphalt overlay of Park Street from Railroad Avenue to Milam Street.
The amount of $52,500 is hereby allocated to said project no. 71-77-311 and
the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to advertise
for construction bids for said project.
