BE IT ORDAINED FY TTTF CITY COUNCIL OF DPAtTr,_MM TEYAS
Section 1.
That it shall be unlaoful for any peroon,
f i.rm or corporation to keep or Stare on -any premises
in the City of Beaumont, any gasoline, benzine, carbon
bisulphide. (high lifo), riaptha or other fluids (except
alcohol, denatured or otherwiue), wl]ich, at ordinary
temperatureu, give off in lammablo vapors, except in
metal cans and :storage tangs with proper pumps, approved
by the Na.tiona.l Board of Fire Underwriters..
Section 2.
That allmata.l ca.ris or storage tanks and pur_ips
sh X11 be inatca.11ed in a, st.--indard 'manner, as provided by
the rules of the National Board of.' Fire Underwriters, and shall
be irio ,.;,.Lled oniv after obtained froid tho City Council

Section 3.
That any person, firm, or corporation who
shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance

violation thereof continues shall constitute a. separate
