We hand you herewith Ordinance prepared by this Committee making a slight change in our present traffic ordinance, which we believe will tend to relieve congested conditions if lived up to. We have in mind xx= a number of othw changes, but think,at this time, it, is inadvisable to pass an ordinance putting them into eff ect,as,unless they are enforced,we-are just as well of without the-changes,and to enforce them would mean more traffic officers. The change suggested in the attached ordinance, we believe, will meet.with universal approval &n the part of automobile drivers, and, therefore, will require very little effort on the part of traffic officers to have it enforced, . -.
