ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 'TWENTY FOOT (20' ) ALLEY LOCATED IN BLACK 1,
WINGFIELD ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF BEAUN17NT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain twenty foot (201) alley described as follows:
BEING a twenty foot (20') by two
hundred fifty-seven foot (257')
alley running in a north/south
direction and being bounded on the
east by Lots 12 and 18, Block 1,
of the Wingfield Addition to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas; on the west by Lots 13
through 17, Block 1, of said ad-
dition, as per map or plat of said
addition on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, on the north by the south
right-of-way line of Legion Street;
and on the south by the north right-
of-way line of Boyd Street in the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the City of Beaumont hereby
relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest it had or may .
have in and to such alley.
