ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE
PERIOD COM40C7NG OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$3,935.71 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE
TO ACCOUNT NO. 79-413 FOR THE SETTLEMENT
OF CLAIMS INVOLVING ACCIDENT AT FOURTH
STREET AND WASHINGTON BOULEVARD.
BE IT OIMINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the fiscal budget of the City of Beaumont for the period commencing
October 1, 1976,and ending September 30, 1977, be, and the same is
hereby, aQnended by appropriating $3,935.71 from the Unappropriated
Fund Balance to Account No. 79-413 for the settlement of claims in-
volving an accident at Fourth Street and Washington Boulevard.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
