ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND. ABANDONING A
TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FOOT (270L') SANITARY SEWER
EA.SENM OUT OF BLOCK 32, ORIGINAL TOWN OF BEAU-
MONT, BEAUNK)NT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DE -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT that certain sanitary sewer easement described as follows:
BEING a.sanitary sewer easement created by pre-
scription only and running in a North/South di-
rection, located within Block 32, Original Town
of Beaumont, the same being bounded by Elizabeth
Street, Walnut Street, Mulberry Street and Main
Street, and described as being two hundred seven-
ty feet (270') in length and whose centerline is
located one hundred twenty feet (1249 west of
the western right-of-way line of Walnut Street,
a sixty foot (60-') right-of-way, said centerline
having a bearing of S 00-° 07' E and also being
the common lot line of Lots 711, 712, 713, and
Lots 714, 715, 716, 717, 718, Block 32., Original
Town of Beaumont, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as per map or plat of said addition on
file in the records of the County Clerk of Jef-
ferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become,the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that the City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
