ORDINANCE
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BFMU%TT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD OOMNENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$30,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED STREET CON-
STRUCTION FUNDS TO SARAH STREET PROJECT
NO. 071-71-122 AND ALLOCATING SAID $30,000
TO SAID PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEALZEW:

That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal
period commencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be
and the same is hereby, amended by appropriating $30,000 from Unap-
propriated Street Construction Funds to the Sarah Street Project No.
071-71-122 and allocating said $30,000 to said project.
