ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDON-
ING THE WESTERNMOST FORTY-FOUR FEET (44')
OF A SIXTY FOOT (60') GiERAL UTILITY EASE-
MENT BETWEEN LOT'S 1-7, BLOCK 19, AND BOTS
8-14, BLOCK 18, VAN WORMER SECOND ADDITION
IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portico of a certain general utility easement described as
follows:
BEING the Westernmost forty-four feet (44')
of a sixty -foot (601) general utility ease-
ment, being 379.69' long running in a North/
South direction, located between Lots 1-7,
Block 19, and Lots 8-14, Block 18, Van Wormer
Second Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned,. and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that The City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest it had or
may have in and to such easement.
PASSED THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this the
day of 1977.
