ENTITLED AN ORDINANCEVACATING AND ABANDONING
A TEN. FOOT (10') UTILITY. EASEMENT AND THE WES-
TERLMST SEVENTY-FIVE AND FIVE TENTHS (75.5')
FEET OF 'A TEN FOOT (10') STORM SEWER EASEMENT,
BOTH LOCATED WITHIN LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 17,
CALDER PLACE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY;_TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain 10' utility easement and the westernmost.75.5' of,:_
a 10' storm sewer easement described as,follows:
BEING a ten foot (10-') by seventy-five and
one-half foot -(75-1/2').storm sewer easement
running in an East/West direction., -,located
five feet (5') on either side of the common
lot line of Lots 25 and 26, Block 17, Calder
Place Addition,, of the City of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County, Texas, as per map or plat of
said Addition on file in the records of the
County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, and
beginning fifty-five and one-half feet (55-
1/2') West of the Eastern boundary of the
aforementioned lots.
BEING a ten foot (10.'). by two hundred twelve
foot (212') utility easement running in a
North/South direction, whose centerline is
located twenty --seven and one-half feet (27-
1/21) East of the Western boundary:7ine of
two lots described as follows: (1) N 18' L.
26, S 82' L. 25, Block 17, Calder Place Addi-
tion, (2) S 97' L..26, N 15' L. 27, Block 17,
Calder Place Addition, of the City of Beau-
nont, Jefferson County,'Texas, as per map or
plat of said Addition on file in the records
of the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided , by law, and that The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes ' any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
