ORDINANCE NO. Z 957209
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABAMCNING
A FIVE FOOT (5') STREET LIGHT EASEMENT OUT OF
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, COMSTOCK PLACE ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF BEAUNIONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain street light easement described as fol-
lows:
BEING a street light easement five feet (5')
wide by one hundred twenty feet (120') running
in a north/south direction and extending two
and one-half feet (2-1/2') on both sides of a
centerline, which centerline is described as
the western boundary of Lot 6, Block 3, Com-
stock Place Addition, the same being the eas-
tern boundary of Lot 5, Block 3, Comstock
Place Addition, as per the map or plat of said
Addition as it appears on Volume 10, Page 93,
Map Records, Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned,,.and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this the
