ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A T6JENTY FOOT- (20-') ALLEY IN THE LUCIAN HARRIS
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED'BY THE CITY OF BEALMONT:
THAT thatcertain tuenty,foot (20.1) alley described as follows.:
BEING.a twenty foot (20.°) alley located be-
tween the rear lot line of Lots 1, 2 and 3;
and the East lot line of Lot 4, Block 1, Lu-
cian Harris Addition, to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is -hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and'all
rights, title and interest it,had or may have in and to such alley.
