DOLLAR ($10.00) FEE FOR A TUBEI=SIS
X-RAY TEST AND TEST RESULT; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR
REPEAL.
BE IT ORDA M BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

That the City of Beaumont Health Department is hereby authorized_
to administer tuberculosis x-ray tests to those citizens of the City of
Beaumont who are positive reactors to a tuberculosis skin test. The City
Health Department will provide said tuberculosis x-ray test and the re-
sult of said test for a fee of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars per test.

That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of
this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of persons
or circumstances, should for -any reason be held to be invalid, such in-
validity shall in nowise affect the remaining portions of this ordinance,
and to such end the various portions and provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.
Section 3.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
