ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY.OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COM ENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977,.BY APPROPRIATING
$13,700 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED STREET CONSTUCTION
FUNDS TO PROJECT N0. 71-76-300, THE ELEVENTH
STREET PROJECT; THAT THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIAL BE AUTHORIZED TO DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT
OF $13,700 IN THE APPROPRIATE STATE DEPAIE24NT
OF HIGH WS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION,ESCROW
ACCOUNT FOR THIS PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

That the budget of the City of Beaumont.for.the fiscal period ca mencing
October 1, 1976 and ending September 30, 1977, be, .and the same is hereby,
amended by appropriating $13,700 from Unappropriated Street Construction
Funds to Project No. 71-76-300, the Eleventh Street Project.
Section 2.
The appropriate City official is hereby authorized to pay the amount of
$13,700 to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to be
placed in the Escrow Fund Account for the Eleventh Street Project.
