ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BFRDngT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1977, BY ALLOCATING AND APPROPRIATING
$2,765.00 TO THE FAIR PARK ARENA FUND; AP-
PROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the
same is hereby amended by appropriating $2,765.00 in funds received from
a contribution by General Indicator Corporation,. -to the Fair Park Arena
Fund Project 073-74-021.
Section 2.
The amount of $2,765.00 is hereby allocated to the Fair Park
Arena Project.
Section 3.
Change Order No. 3 with Spaw-Glass, Inc. is hereby approved,.said
Change Order to provide structural changes necessary for the installation
of a scoreboard in the Fair Park Arena.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of
this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of persons
or circumstances, should for any reason be held to be invalid, such in-
validity shall in no wise affect the remaining portions of this ordinance,
and to such end the various portiens and provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
