A FIFTEEN FOOT (15') UTILITY EASEMENT OUT OF
LOT 2, BLOCK 2,, PADDINGTON PLACE ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain fifteen foot (15') utility easement described
as follows:
BEING a fifteen foot (15') by one hundred twenty-
five foot (125') utility easement located parallel
with and immediately north of.the south property
line of Lot 2, Block 2, Paddington Place Addition
to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
as.shown_by map, -or plat of said Addition filed of
record in the Map Records of Jefferson County,
Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such utility ease-
ment.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this the
day of 1977.
