n]TITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
'TWENTY. FOOT (20-') ALLEY LOC= GENERALLY IN THE
600 BLOCK OF BLANC ETTE STREET IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain twenty foot (201) alley described as follows:
BEING a. twenty foot (20') alley located between
Lots 1-3, Bryan Addition-and'Tracts D, E, F, G;
Block S, Noah Tevis Survey and Lot 744 of Block
74 of the Original Townsite of Beaumont to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown by map or plat of said Addition filed of
record in the Map Records of'Jefferson County,
Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all
rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such alley.
