ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
FORTY FOOT (40') BY ONE HUNDRED TEN FOOT (1101)
STREET RIGHT -CF TRY LOCATED IN THE NELSON ADDI-
TION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS.DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONI':
THAT that certain forty foot (401) by one hundred ten foot (1109 street right-
of-way described as follows:
BEING a street xi'ght-of-way running in a generally
north/south direction", and being forty feet (40')
in width by one hundred ten feet'.(110') in length,
and bounded on the north by Campus Street, on the
south by Legion Street; on the east by Lots 4 and
5, and on the west by Lots 6 and 7 of Block 2, Nel-
son Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas' as shown by map or plat of said
Addition filed of record in the Map Records of
Jefferson County, Texas;.
be, and the sante is hereby, , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; :and,,The 'dty of Beaumont hereby relinquishes- any and all
rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such street right-of-
way.
