A TWENTY FOOT (201) BY ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOOT
(160') ALLEY IN THE LONG ADDITION IN THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain twenty foot (20') by one hundred sixty foot (1601) alley de-
scribed as follows:
BEING a twenty foot (20') by one hundred sixty
foot (1601) alley running in a north/south di-
rection and being located between Block 16, Lot
11 of the Jirou Addition to the City of Beau-
mont and Block 7, Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the Long
Addition to the City of Beaumont, as per map or
plat of said Additions on file in the records
of the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas,
.said blocks and lots being further bounded by
Long, Magnolia, Harrison and Forrest Streets;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all
rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such alley.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this the
