ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BFAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD CONVENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$28,438.54 IN UNAPPROPRIATED WATER SYSTEMS
FUND BALANCE FUNDS INTO ACCOUNT NO. 83-310
TO PAY THE COSTS OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO
ELECTRIC MOTORS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AT
THE MAIN PUMPING PLANT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMDNT:
Section 1.
That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the
same is hereby amended by appropriating the stun of $28,438.54 in Unap-
propriated. Water Systems Fund Balance Funds into Account No. 83-310 to
cover the costs of emergency repairs to electric motors and related
equipment at the main pumping plant.
