ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE MffND]NG THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD Ca4MgCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$12,000,000 OF 1974 GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND
FUNDS TO LAND AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS CON-
STRUCTION ACCOUNTS; APPROPRIATING $500,000
IN INTEREST EARNED TO LAND AND PUBLIC
BUILDINGS CCNSTRUCTION ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDING
FOR THE ADVERTISE ENT FOR BIDS FOR THE CIVIC
CENTER PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

That the budget of the City of Beaum6nt for the fiscal period
commencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the
same is hereby, amended by appropriating $12,000,000 in 1974 General
Obligation Bond Funds to the following projects in the Land and Public
Buildings Construction Accounts:

That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
comnencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the same
is hereby, amended by appropriating $500,000 from interest earned funds
to the following project in the Land and Public Building Construction
Account:

That the appropriate City officials be, and they are hereby, authorized.
to advertise for bids for the Civic Center Program including the Exhibition
Hall, Municipal Office Building and Parking Improvements.
