ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY TRANSFERRING TBE
AMOUNT OF $180,000 FROM C.A.P.-74 STREET CON-
STRUCTION FUNDS TO TBE DOWLEN ROAD PROJECT
71-74-212.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

That the'budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
cammencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and.the
same is hereby, amended by appropriating the sum of $180,000 from C.A.P.-
74 Street Construction Funds to the Dowlen Road Project No. 71-74-212.
