UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 26, BLOCK 7, FLEETWOOD
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TF..E CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT that portion of a certain utility easement described as follows:
BEING the easterrmst ten (10') feet of a twenty
(207 foot utility easement located parallel with
the western boundary of Lot 26, Block 7, of the
Fleetwood Addition to The City of Beaumont,.Jef-
ferson County, Texas, and measuring ten (10-')
feet by one hundred twenty (120_1) .feet;
be, and the.sarre is hereby,'vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that .The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such utility ease -
meat. •'
