COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, ANDENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY TRANSFERRING $16,390.40
FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 31 TO BUDGET ACCOUNT
NO. 38 AND TRANSFERRING NINETEEN (19) REGULAR
AND TWO (2) RELIEF POSITIONS FOR SCHOOL
CROSSING GUARDS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 31
TO BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 38, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAU4M:

That the fiscal budget of the City of Beaumont for the period
cawencing October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the same
is hereby, amended by -transferring $16,390.40 from Budget Account No. 31
to Budget Account No. 38 and transferring nineteen (19) regular and two
(2) relief positions as school crossing guards fram Budget Account No. 31
to Budget Account No. 38.

This ordinance shall be -and became effective from and after
January 10, 1977.
