ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 5 -FOOT STREET LIGHT EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 3, WASHINGTON MANOR UNIT
TWO, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of,a certain street light easement described as
BEING a five foot (5') by one hundred forty foot
(140') street light easement running in a north/
south direction, located parallel with and two
and one-half feet (2.51) on either side of the
western boundary line.of Lot 5, Block 3, Washing-
ton Manor Addition, Unit Tom, The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, -Texas, the same also being the
eastern boundary line of Lot 4, Block 3, Washington
DIanor Addition, Unit Two, The City of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County, Texas;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have_in and to such easement®
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this the
