ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 5 -FOOT STREET LIGHT EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 6, MANION OAKS ADDITION,
SECTION 5 IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain street light easement described as follows:
BEING a five foot (5') by one hundred thirty-
five foot (135') street light easement running
in a north/south direction, located parallel
with and two and one-half feet (2.5') on either
side of the western boundary line of Lot 6,
Block 6, Manion Oaks Addition, Section 5, the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, the
same being the eastern boundary line of Lot 7,
Block 6, Manion Oaks Addition, Section 5, of
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law, and that The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
