ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE EASTERNMOST TWO (2) FEET OF A 20 -FOOT WIDE
UTILITY EASEMENT, LOCATED ALONG AND ADJACENT
TO THE EAST LINE OF LO'T'S 1 AND 2, BLACK 8,
MANION PLACE SECOND ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain easternmost two (2) feet of a 20 -foot wide utility easement
described as follows:
BEING the easternmost two foot (2') by one
hundred twenty-five foot.(1251) portion of a
twenty foot (20') by one hundred twenty-five
foot (1251) general utility easement running
in a north/south direction and being located
adjacent to the east line of Lots 1 and 2,
Block 8, Manion Place Second Addition, of the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all
rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.

1976.
